1. Bring what you have, or ask the people concerned

Upload interview transcripts, meeting notes, consultation submissions, survey comments, emails or reports: anything where people speak in their own words. Or invite people to talk with Sage, an AI guide, each in a private conversation, in their own time. Documents and voices land on the same map.

2. WiseWays maps it

Every concrete observation becomes a point on the Constellation, placed by how much people agree on it and how much you can act on it. Each point is a resource, an intention, an obstacle or a possibility. Arrows show what drives what. A concern one person raised that sits upstream of three obstacles everyone feels is visible at a glance.

3. Read your audit

The Strategic Reading is the written audit: where the ground agrees, where it is under tension, what is driving the situation and what to do next. Every finding carries its evidence, and the reading explains its reasoning so you can check it. The judgment stays yours.
